6 carrots, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1 small avocado [this can be replaced with 1/2 C macadamia nuts]
1 large apple, peeled
salt to taste
cinnamon to taste, start with 1 tsp
cumin to taste, start with 1 tsp
3C water
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth
