Guacolina Dip


Guacolina

Ingredients

1 large ripe avocado

1 small white onion or 2 spring onions

juice of 1/2 a lemon

1 tsp spirulina powder per person

salt optional to taste


Method

Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy

Serve with Beetroot biscuits, or other vegetable chips, use as a salad dressing or dip, great to use as a paste on a Nori roll.
